SWAML offers three types of services.

Advising on Securities (“AS”)

SWAML sets out an investment advisory agreement and provide each advisory account with proprietary research insight report and portfolio investment advice.

Discretionary Portfolio Management (“DPM”)

SWAML sets out a customized investment mandate for each discretionary portfolio account according to the investment objectives and constraints of the client and applies the key approaches of the investment process to the discretionary portfolio aiming for value-added performance.

Collective Investment Scheme (“CIS”)

SWAML sets up a CIS in which the asset of a number of clients will be pooled to invest.  The investment objectives, constraints and other related details are set out in the offering memorandum of the CIS. To protect client asset, SWAML will appoint an administrator, a trustee or custodian bank for custody of client money and client securities.
